CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your jewellery looking it's best, please remove before showering or swimming and avoid spraying perfumes, hairsprays or other chemicals as these may cause discolouration.

Due to the inherent nature of Sterling Silver, which is 92.5% silver, the metal can develop a natural tarnish over time from exposure to oxygen and moisture from the skin. You can restore the shine from the surface

of your jewellery by regularly using the enclosed polishing cloth and by storing your jewellery in a cool and dry place.

Do not use liquid cleaners as it may damage the silver.

WARRANTY

We offer a 6-month warranty on all items with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items. It does not cover wear & tear. Please refer to our care instructions above for general care instructions.

SUPPORT

In case of any faulty goods please contact us with a photo and proof of purchase details. Items will be replaced at our discretion. At this point, we do not offer a repair service.
